Pesca con Crema (Peach)

This peach lookalike has long been a staple of traditional Sicilian weddings. The classic, old world dessert brings together round, peach-colored and shaped sponge cake pieces that are soaked in a Peach Schnapps syrup with a peach-mango cream filling and a light coating of sugar. Serves 1-2.
