Napoleon

Isgro's adds a touch of tartness to the traditional puff pastry-based Napoleon with a layer of raspberry jam. The flakey three-layer dessert also features Bavarian whipped cream. Topped with vanilla fondant icing and a fudge swirl. Serves 1-2.
